We have establish a hotel block for this hotel. The reservation must be made via phone and group code used. Hotel rooms must be booked by 8/12/24 in order to receive the discounted rate and perks. We have the block for Friday, 9/13/24 and Saturday, 9/14/24.

We are providing shuttle service from the hotel we have the block at (information above) to & from the venue! There will be a one time pick up to the venue at 3:00pm and from the venue back to hotel there will be trips made at 8pm, 9pm and 10:30pm. When you rsvp please answer the prompted questions after so we can plan accordingly!
