We (Sara and Esad) will be in town on Tuesday. I figure most of you will fly in on Tuesday or Wednesday morning. If you are around on Tuesday, reach out to us to meet up for a cocktail by the pool, or book a reservation with us for dinner!

Morning at the Spa !

This of course isn't required, but if you want to make a spa appt for Wed morning, call Marriott directly (+52 624 163 7600- ask for the spa). They ask for your room reservation number to book any service. I booked a massage for 10:15am if you want to book anything for around that time, but I plan on going about an hour earlier, like 9:15am, to enjoy all the spa amenities! If you want to join in on the pampering and spa time- call to schedule as soon as you can. They do book up!

We'd like to give all of our friends and family a warm welcome to Cabo and hope that all guests are able to join us for this planned dining experience. All wedding party- meet at Niparaya JW Bar at 6:00pm for rehearsal (everyone else feel free to join us there at 6:15!) then we will all head to the transportation pick up near the front lobby at 6:45pm to take us over to La Lupita. Dinner will last from approximately 7pm until 8/9pm, after which there will be return transportation to the resort.

Shuttles will be provided to and from the venue from the hotel. Please be near the front lobby for pick up at 4:30pm (Immediate family & wedding party only) and 5:15pm (all other guests). Shuttles to depart Acre at 11pm (end of reception) back to the Marriott. Please note: There is only one depart time for the shuttles leaving Acre back to the Marriott, which is at 11pm. If you need to leave early, you will have to Uber or call another rideshare.

We're getting a boat!! This is optional for whoever wants to come!

(If you are coming on the boat, please let Esad or I know or mention in your RSVP so we can get a head count!)

Join us for a fun filled day on a boat celebrating as newlyweds! This will be a daytime cruise with water activities! We'll explore Baja's spectacular coast, Lover’s Beach and The Arch, dropping anchor off scenic Pelican Rock where guests can enjoy some incredible snorkeling or an array of water toys. The boat provides snorkel gear and also paddle boards! Unlimited food and drink also provided onboard, as well as water, sodas, chips and guac & salsas, and great music!

Transportation cost will be split between everyone going, but should not be more than $10-15 a person, so bring cash! Transportation will be from the hotel to the marina in Cabo San Lucas.

Again, we need to know ahead of time if you are coming on this so we can get a head count!

Afterwards, feel free to explore downtown Cabo San Lucas if you'd like, or you can join us for dinner. We will most likely make a dinner reservation somewhere in the area before heading back to the hotel in Los Cabos.

Also, if you are planning on using your own transportation (Uber), keep in mind that the JW Marriott Hotel in Los Cabos is about a 40 min ride one way from the marina in Cabo San Lucas.
