You have the option of getting a vehicle that can hold anywhere from 5 to 17 passengers! So we have also created a link you can use to put in your flight information to see when everyone else is flying. Your driver will be at the airport waiting for you. After collecting your luggage, please proceed outside and look for a sign with your name on it. Please note: there will be salespeople and various taxi drivers located inside the airport who will try to win your business. DO NOT STOP. Smile and keep rollin' your suitcase out of the airport. Your private driver will ALWAYS be located outside with a sign.

For those traveling to Mexico for the first time (or if it's been a while), here are some things to keep in mind.

1. Bring a pen with you on the flight. You'll fill out an immigration form on the plane & bring it with you through customs.

2. Hold on to that paper they give you after they stamp your passport. You'll need that to get back into the US.

3. After picking up your luggage, there will be hundreds of people trying to sell you time shares and other packages. Just keep walking. All transportation is outside.

4. Contact your bank and wireless carrier before leaving the states to let them know you will be traveling.

5. After you arrive and get in your transportation to get from the airport to the hotel, ask to stop and get bottled water. (Most transportation shuttles will even offer it). They will stop at a convenience store and you can buy bottled water by the case for cheap to keep in your hotel room. I recommend this because it's so much cheaper than buying bottles of water at the resort!

6. If you bring any cash, we recommend you bring small bills to carry around with you for tips.

A friendly reminder to renew your passports! If you plan on attending, please be sure to check that your passport is valid and will be during your travel. For entry to Mexico, your passport must be valid for 6 months after your final day of travel.

For Travel Insurance with Covid coverage (covers ALL expenses if you happen to test positive prior to coming back into the states) call Nationwide Travel Insurance. This is the company Esad and I are using. When you call, let them know about the trip and that you need Covid coverage. We were quoted $138 total for us both for the entire week. To me, this is worth it as they will pay up to $6000 (plus more for any medical) if you have to stay longer or have any type of trip interruption for any reason. The phone number is:
