As much as we both love your kids, please leave them at home. The whole wedding weekend is 21 and up only.

The invitation will indicate if you have been given a plus one and you will be able to RSVP for both people on our website.

We have a hard RSVP deadline of September 25th.

Yes! This wedding is black tie optional, so please dress accordingly. Men in dark suits or tuxedos and women in ankle/floor length, formal dresses. This will be outdoors ON GRASS so please bring a jacket if necessary. Please nothing white, light tan, white lace, silver or white glitter, or white based with a design. If you think it might be too close, please pick another color.

We would highly recommend staying on site at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe as all three events will be hosted there.

If you aren't staying at the Inn, we would recommend Uber if you are planning on drinking as the roads are dark and windy. Uber can be unreliable late at night in Rancho Santa Fe, so plan ahead. If you do choose to drive, there is valet parking available.

Once you receive your formal invitation, please call the hotel at (858) 221-4000, dial 3 for the front desk, ask for Patricia Felix and mention the Harelson-Mendenhall wedding. She has a guest list and will assist in booking your accommodations.
