What is parking like at Chapel On the Rock?

The ceremony at St. Catherine's Chapel on the Rock has limited parking, we recommend those able to carpool do so.

What should I wear?

"Dress to Impress" but also come prepared for cold weather. Cody and Sara met at a party where the Dress Code was "Dress to Impress". Sara wore a black leather jacket with Pleather pants, Cody wore a black Cowboy Hat with Black Wranglers and a Fringe Western shirt. So basically, dress up and dress nice and dress to impress. No blue jeans.

Gentleman dress up so that people compliment you and say you look dapper. Ladies, dress up so that Construction workers would have a hard time continuing to construct in your presence.

What if I have a food allergy?

Please include a note on your rsvp with any nutritional needs or dietary restrictions.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! We love kids and believe kids can make a wedding. We want to make sure our mom and dad guests also have a good time and are able to be present and participate in all the fun, so we have made arrangements to have multiple trusted sitters available during the ceremony and reception, and encourage you to use them.

What happens after the ceremony?

There will be a break between the wedding and reception. The NCAA Final Four will be decided by then and there may be a game on. If there is, we will find it and have a beer, or maybe we all go back to our rooms and take a nap. Whatever we all decide, we will see you at the Reception at 4:30pm in the Homestead Venue at Black Canyon Inn.

Do you have a hotel block for Guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

The Black Canyon Inn has a limited amount of Suites, and Condos that we recommend you reserve. Black Canyon Inn does not allow us to block rooms, but gave us a discount code to use for guests. That code is WED. If the rooms book up, we recommend staying at one of the many Hotels or Cabins near the Black Canyon Inn.

Where are you registered?

We are not registered anywhere. While we appreciate gifts and presents, we are truly just looking forward to quality time with those closest to us, and your presence on our special day. Your presence is present enough! lol get it. Present, presence.

IMPORTANT:

There are no restrooms in the chapel! Please use restrooms at coffee shop up the hill before the Mass.

Please carpool as much as possible from BCI, there is limited parking at the chapel.

Guests who are able to walk, please park near the coffee shop and leave parking spots in chapel's lot clear for elderly and the wedding party
