4:15 pm! Please be on time. Give yourself time to arrive, park, and walk to the ceremony site. We ask that you arrive by 4 pm. If you are late, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to be seated for the ceremony.

We ask that you wear cocktail or black-tie optional attire. We ask that you look on the nicer side, but we want you to be comfortable. No polos, no jeans, but a tuxedo is NOT necessary! We ask that you avoid white or cream dresses as well.

Both the ceremony and the reception are at the Oaks at Salem. The address is 6304 Old Jenks Rd, Apex, NC 27523.

Yes! If you are staying with at the hotel under our group reservation, a shuttle is provided to get you to and from the venue. The hotel shuttle will leave the hotel first at 3:15pm and then again at 3:45pm. They will then come back at 9:45pm and 10:15pm after the wedding. If you plan on drinking and do not want to drive, we advise you to take advantage of the shuttle!

The venue has plenty of parking, which is valet, but please be aware no vehicles can be left overnight. NO VEHICLES CAN BE LEFT OVERNIGHT! So if you plan to drink at the wedding, please coordinate appropriately with a DD or an Uber. Please see above for information about the hotel shuttle service.

It is North Carolina in October, so hopefully a nice fall day around 60-70 degrees. The ceremony is outdoors, but if it rains, can be accommodated inside. We recommend you be prepared for anything; the weather here has a mind of its own.

We have a room block at the Courtyard Mariott Raleigh Cary location. You can access the block and book a room under the "Travel" tab. If you need different dates, you can call the hotel to still participate in the room block rate! Please reserve by 9/13/2024 to guarantee your room rate.

We will have hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony, and there will be a buffet dinner. Please make sure to include your dietary restrictions on your RSVP response so we can plan accordingly.
