While the ceremony starts at 5pm, we would appreciate it if guests are in their seats by 4:45pm so that we can start promptly on time. The winery and tasting room are open to the public for the day if you would like to come early and explore the venue before the ceremony starts.

The dress code for our wedding is casual. This means no suits, ties or ballgowns required! We request that you do not wear shorts or tank tops; however you may wear jeans if you would like. Additionally, our wedding will take place in the vineyard - please keep this in mind when choosing footwear and dress comfortably!

Kentucky summers are hot and humid, with frequent afternoon thunderstorms.

As of right now, we are planning the ceremony to be outdoors and the reception to be indoors. If the weather does not cooperate with us on the day of, we will move the ceremony to inside the reception area. The ceremony will take place in the vineyard behind the barn that the reception is taking place in.

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will take a little time to take some pictures together. During this time, you are welcome to explore the vineyard, go inside the barn, or play some cornhole on the patio.

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5pm and last about a half hour. Afterwards, the bride and groom will take some pictures (please see the previous question about what is available during this time). At 6:30pm, we ask that everyone finds their seat in the barn so that we can start the reception. Dinner will be served at 7pm and then we will dance the night away!

We will be serving an Italian buffet for dinner with cupcakes for dessert. If you have any dietary restrictions/allergies please contact me as soon as possible so I can make arrangements.

Yes! We will have beer and wine, along with sodas, waters, and iced teas. Please be aware that our venue does not allow outside alcohol. If you are found bringing any outside alcohol in, you will be responsible for the $500 charge from the venue.

Yes, you can. All we ask is two things: 1. that you wait until after the ceremony and reception to post any pictures on social media 2. that you please stay out of the way of our photographer.
