Amy and I met in trial advocacy class in law school and became fast friends. She was my sponsor attorney when I was sworn into the bar.

Sarah and I were in the same section our first year of law school. Both being wine lovers, we frequented Vita Vite when we both lived in Raleigh.

I first met and became friends with Seth while taking a ceramics class he was co-teaching at Wildacres for many years, developing a prodigious ping pong rivalry along the way. Sara and I greatly enjoyed visiting him and his partner Holly at their home in Sarasota in 2024.
