San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the most accessible/affordable airport to fly into. It is about a 1.5-2 hour drive to the Sonoma/Santa Rosa area. To get from SFO to Santa Rosa, we recommend renting a car. There are also buses which travel from SFO to the Sonoma airport via Sonoma Airport Express. Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS) is about 15 minutes from downtown Santa Rosa. This is a much smaller airport. Traveling to this airport usually requires more than one stop and is a bit more expensive.

Our wedding is semi-formal. You may want to bring something to wear for warmth at night, although heaters will be provided outside. The entire wedding is outside but the walkways are paved for heels/shoes. For some inspo/examples, see below: https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-semi-formal

A bus will be provided from the Flamingo hotel. Lyft and Uber are also available but are more limited. You may also park at the venue if you rent a car.

You should arrive at 4pm. The ceremony will start at 4:30.

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can enjoy Vine Hill House where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

Absolutely! There will be an open bar of spirits, wine and beer as well as a plated meal with dessert. Food will be American and there will be vegetarian/vegan options.
