Both ceremony and reception will be indoors and held at the Mayo Hotel in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma

Ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for parking

Valet parking will be available to guests for $5 per car, paid to valet Please note that this does not include overnight parking ($30 for overnight parking)

We kindly request guests adhere to a formal “black-tie” dress code

Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour and dinner will be served during the reception

We will be providing a selection of complimentary and cocktails

For safety reasons, we kindly require that only children of family members 13 years and older be in attendance. The names of those specifically invited will be thoughtfully listed on the RSVP

We will not be having a contracted room block, however our hotel is offering a special rate for our wedding guests. Please reach out to Aaron or Sara for more information. There are also several lovely hotels in the downtown, Tulsa area and surrounding
