We have blocked rooms at The Ven at Embassy Row, 2015 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington DC, 20036 for our guests for the nights of September 19th and September 20th. You do not need to stay both nights to receive the discounted rate. The link for the room booking is shown below this question. Please make sure you secure your hotel reservation by Tuesday, August 20th, 2024. After that date, unreserved rooms in the room block will be released. You are more than welcome to make other accommodations; however, this will be the only hotel that will have provided transportation to the wedding ceremony.

If you are staying at The Ven at Embassy Row we have buses that will pick up guests at 3:15 pm to bring you to Christ Church Georgetown. If you plan to take the buses, please ensure you are in the lobby, ready to board by 3:15 pm. The buses will leave promptly after everyone has been loaded on the bus. If you are not staying at The Ven but still would like to take the buses to the ceremony, you are more than welcome to. Just be sure you are in the lobby of The Ven by 3:15 pm to load on. Please keep in mind that the buses will only be making one trip. If you miss the bus, you will need to find other transportation to the wedding ceremony. After the ceremony, the buses will take all guests from Christ Church to the reception at Anderson House.

If you are not staying at The Ven at Embassy Row, we recommend taking an Uber or Taxi to Christ Church Georgetown for the ceremony. Unfortunately, the Church does not have parking available, and street parking is very limited.
