Medora is the gateway town to the South Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. TRNP is a 36 mile driving loop with scenic pull offs and hikes of varying abilities throughout. Going through the park is a must! Be on alert for Prairie Dogs, Wild Horse, Deer, Elk and Bison. For best wildlife viewing we would recommend going at dawn or dusk!
Rates to get into the park are per vehicle. An annual National Park pass will get you into TRNP or you can purchase a 7 day pass for TRNP only.
Bully Pulpit Golf Course is a picturesque course carved into the rugged North Dakota Badlands. Tee Times can be made online or by calling the course directly.
*Early October is shoulder season so course schedule is subject to change but tee times are available for October 4th and 5th at this time
Medora's Old Town Hall Theatre has a Fall Show that runs from Mid-September to end of October. This year's show is Ring of Fire.
Shows are Thursday & Friday at 7:30pm or Sunday at 2pm.
If you are looking for a great place to eat and to quickly cross another state off your list, Beaver Creek Brewery is a must! Just a quick 30 minute drive from Medora and just over the border into Montana is the small town of Wibaux. Home to Beaver Creek Brewery and The Gem restaurant. One of the best places to eat (and drink!) in the area!
