Attire

Semi- Formal / Cocktail. Keep in mind the wedding ceremony and reception is OUTDOORS. The dance floor is covered by a tent and has stone pavers, so ladies...no need to worry about your heels digging into the ground while you're dancing! I recommend block/thicker heels. Nights may be cool, plan to bring a light coat/jacket for the evening or just keep dancing to keep warm ;)

Will the Wedding be outdoors or indoors?

Outdoor wedding! The ceremony site has chairs on a lawn and exposed to the elements. However, the reception site has a tent so if it does rain, we will be staying dry :)

Is there a room block?

Check out our lodging page for more information. The lodging at the venue will be reserved for our guests Thursday, June 19th - Sunday, June 22nd. REMINDER - WEDDING IS ON A FRIDAY. We wanted our guests to be able to travel to/from Montana stress free and have the weekend to explore Glacier National Park. You are welcome to stay on site for the entire room block period for stress free planning or get your own accommodations (or both!). Booking deadline is February 1st, 2025.

Can I bring a plus one/guest?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Your invitation will be made out to Your Name & Guest if a plus one has been given to you.

Can I bring my children?

We absolutely love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults only event. We understand this won’t work for everyone, so please know that we respect your RSVP decision either way!

Can I bring my dog?

We would love to see your furry friend day prior and day after, but they are not allowed the day of the wedding at the ceremony and reception. The resort lodge does not allow pets in rooms, so if you were thinking to stay on site you need to make additional accommodations - we would recommend looking into staying off site. Please understand Glacier National Park discourages bringing pets into the park. There are very few places pets are allowed.

When to RSVP?

We will be sending out invitations later this year with more information on how to RSVP.

What is the best way to get to Montana?

You have plenty of options! If you are considering making this trip out west a vacation, think about the places you want to see like Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, British Columbia, etc. You can get here via plane, train, or car! Closest airport to venue: • Glacier Park International Airport in Kalispell (30 minutes away) Other airports: • Missoula Montana Airport (approximately 2.5 hours away) • Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, Belgrade, MT (5 hours) Amtrak Train Station - West Glacier (5 minutes away)

Do I need a car?

All wedding events will be on site so no need to worry about transportation between the ceremony and reception. If you plan to stay on site for lodging, the ceremony and reception is a short walk to your cabin/room! If you plan to explore Glacier National Park or other parts of Montana before and/or after the wedding, we recommend you rent a vehicle. More information about renting vehicles can be found under the "Travel and Lodging" tab.

What is the weather like in June?

Can be in 70s/low 80s at most during the day and nights can be lows in the 40s.

Where should I bring/send the wedding gift?

We do not have a traditional wedding registry - your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! We plan to have a honeymoon and first home fund for those who wish to honor us with a gift. We can't wait to make memories with you all on our wedding day, share our amazing travel adventures, and save up to buy our first home together. There will be a wedding card box at our reception.

Any events after the wedding?

No set plans for now, but most likely will plan to go to Glacier National Park or go on a rafting trip! Will update once plans are in place. All are welcome to join us :)

Someone in my party is not able to make it. Can I fill their spot with another guest?

In an attempt to keep our day full of our closest friends and family, we ask that you do not replace guests.
