Great question! There are lodges available AT the venue - Forrest Hills Resort, and we recommend grouping together to reduce the price. There are also hotels and airbnbs nearby that we love. Block rates will only be available when we have an estimate of attendees.

The ceremony is at the Fox Hollow Gazebo outside (moved to the chapel in case of rain) on the grounds of Forrest Hills Resort. Please use your GPS to get to the resort, then follow the signs. The reception will be at the Rose Garden Dining Hall, also on the FHR grounds, about a half mile closer to the entrance.

Your invite says to wear whatever makes you comfortable. Please do! October weather in the mountains is usually dry, mid 70s to low 80s during the daytime and mid 40s to 50s at night. Ceremony outdoors, Reception indoors. Food will likely be a protein and a pasta; if you have dietary restrictions or requirements, please include those on your RSVP. Tea, Water, Coffee, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and some Beer and Wine. If you will not be drinking, that's fine! Let us know so we can accommodate you.
