Please arrive 20 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to be seated comfortably prior to the start of the ceremony. We ask that you silence & put all cell phones away upon arrival.

We have arranged a room block at the Courtyard By Marriott Wilkes-Barre Arena. Please use the website link provided in the “Travel” tab to make your reservation. Please book your room by 2/14/25. If early check in is needed, please contact the hotel for possible accommodations.

Yes. Shuttle transportation has been arranged for pick up at the hotel at 3:50pm & will drop you off at the venue. This is the only pick time, so please plan accordingly! There will also be shuttle transportation from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the night. You may also use Uber/Lyft or drive & use the complimentary valet service at the club if you prefer.

We are looking forward to celebrating with the most stylish people we know! Please wear your best formal attire. Suits, tuxedos, ties/bow ties, gowns are encouraged. Black Tie preferred.

We ask that you kindly put your phones away during the ceremony. Our photographer will be working diligently to capture all of our beautiful moments during that time. We are looking forward to taking photos with all of our guests, so please save all personal photos/videos for cocktail hour & reception.
