The Stagecoah Inn offers a room block for wedding guests July 5th-7th. Rooms can include two queens or one king with some rooms having balcony access to the river and more economical rooms with access to the parking lot. Our reception venue is less than a quarter mile from The Stagecoach! Reference the Schwarz-Bledsoe wedding to get a discount on the room block before June 14th! PLEASE book early! Salmon is a hoppin' place to be during 4th of July weekend and rooms can sometimes be booked up by February or March.

Boise Airport

The Boise airport is the largest airport in Idaho and is about a 5 hour drive from Salmon. The drive may be a little long but the views are stunning! This airport also offers rental car options.


If you are up for an adventure and don't want the drive from Boise, Gem Air offers chartered flights from Boise to the Salmon airport. Please let us know if you choose this option to schedule a pick up as the airport is unmanned and Salmon does not have Uber/taxis.

Missoula Montana Airport

The Missoula airport is a bit smaller than the Boise airport, however, the drive to Salmon is about 2.5 hours. This is a gorgeous drive where you could see an abundance of wildlife such as elk, big horn sheep, deer, bald eagles, and osprey.


Yellowstone TV series fans - the famous Dutton Ranch is located right outside Darby (between Missoula and Salmon). Feel free to stop for a picture of the ranch sign and if your lucky you can see the filming operations from the road!

The Idaho Falls airport is the second busiest airport in Idaho and is located less than 2 hours from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. This airport is about 2.5 hours from Salmon and offers car rentals.
