Leks and Sara's story began within the bustling hallways of Strathcona High School. Crossing paths occasionally in the hallways and at school events, both Sara and Leks began noticing each other. Yet nothing would happen for 3 more years.

After some time, Sara and Leks reconnected unexpectedly through mutual friends at a bible study.

After both getting each other in a gift exchange of 50 people, Leks saw this as a sign to finally ask Sara out.

After a few weeks of dating, Sara and Leks made it official and became a couple!

Fast forward a few years of happily dating. Leks took Sara to a doc in Twin Brooks (a place they would frequently visit throughout their years of dating) and proposed. With lots of help from family, the proposal went off without a hitch! After the proposal, the couple walked back to Sara's house to find both families waiting for them to celebrate!

After 6 months of engagement, the couple embarks on the home stretch before the big day. Aside from wedding planning, Sara is occupied with her second student teaching practicum ahead of her spring graduation. Leks, on the other hand, has continued to work at Anthem Creative as a project manager while taking three classes this semester toward his business degree.
