As our wedding is on a Sunday and many guests work the next day, our wedding will not go too late. After the reception, dinner and dance we will kindly ask guests to leave at 11 pm.
HOW DO WE GET TO THE VENUE?
Your best bet will be to put the address into Google Maps. If you put the address into Apple Maps the directions will lead you to a farm directly across the road from the Venue. While you don't completely end up in the wrong place, it can be confusing.
So our recommendation is to stick with Google Maps. And if you're worried you're heading in the wrong direction, there will be a gate and sign at the entrance of the venue on the east side of Range Road 272 that you can see from the road.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The ceremony will start at 3:30 pm, it is recommended guests are in their seats 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. While you wait, feel free to admire the ceremony decor, listen to prelude music, read your ceremony program and acknowledge other guests.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! There is a large parking lot on the property.
THE CEREMONY IS OUTSIDE, WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER ISN'T GOOD?
Good question! There is a contingency plan of moving the ceremony indoors an hour before if the weather is bad. However, we plan to keep it outdoors unless it is necessary to go inside. So please look at the weather forecast beforehand and bring an umbrella if there is a chance of rain and extra layers if you will be cold.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Kind of (but not really). We're encouraging everyone to deck themselves out in formal attire and in either hunter green or neutral tones (beige, cream, brown, etc.) on our special day. But please wear whatever you feel most comfortable with!
Is the venue "heel-friendly”?
Yes! There is a gravel parking lot, stone ceremony location, indoor reception and gravel paths throughout the venue.
Will there be alcohol?
Yes. There will be a bar and ATM on-site for anyone interested in having a celebratory drink.
