As long as its not jeans a t shirt wear whatever you would like! Sarah and Alec think it would be fun to have people dress in their favorite colorful semi-formal or formal attire! September in Maine can be hot or cold, while we will have some heat under the tent if its cold we suggest bringing a layer just in case. The venue is mostly grass so plan your shoes accordingly and get ready to dance and play some yard games!

Parking at the venue is limited to guests of The Harpswell Inn and transportation will be provided from the Best Western Inn (Brunswick, ME) at 2pm!

The ceremony will start at 3pm so be prepared to leave the Best Western Inn at 2pm to allow for multiple trips if needed.

Due to an effort to keep costs managable and create an intimate atmosphere everyone invited will be listed on your invitation and the RSVP form online. While we love your families very much we are unfortunately not able to accomodate children.

We will be providing transportation back to the satellite lot at between 9:00-9:45 (end of reception) as we understand people may be traveling or want their party to end a little bit earlier. We would love your presence as long as you are happy to stay.

Our wedding is being catered by Bird and Co, a local taco bar and one of our favorite places to eat in Portland! We want to make sure there are plenty of options for our friends and family with allergies or other dietary restrictions. If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know when it comes time to RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Beer, wine, and non alcholic beverages will be provided. If you prefer something else please bring cash.
