What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 3:00 pm. If you are staying at one of our hotel blocks in town and not using the provided transportation, it will take about 15 minutes to get to the venue. A shuttle schedule will be provided to guests upon check-in.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held indoors on the foundation floor (lower level). Cocktail hour will be primarily indoors as it will be held on the main floor however, there is an outside deck and covered car port area that will be available during this time. The reception will will be primarily indoors as it will be held on the main floor however, there is an outside deck and covered car port area that will be available during this time.
What is the dress code?
The event is cocktail/formal attire. Leave the jorts, Canadian tuxedos, daisy dukes, and steel toed boots at home.
While the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be primarily indoors there is an outside deck area and sliding barn doors that may be open weather permitting. The parking lot and main walkway to the venue is gravel. Please keep this in mind and dress appropriately, choose the right footwear, and bring any necessities a jacket, shawl, or gloves for a cooler-weather wedding.
What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 3:00 pm and expected to last 30 minutes. Cocktail hour will occur immediately following the ceremony and will last about an hour. The reception is expected to begin around 4:30 pm. Dinner is expected to be served between 5:00 and 5:30 pm. Dancing and shenanigans will follow. The reception will end at 11:00 pm to accommodate local noise ordinances.
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will be provided to guests staying in town at the hotel. A shuttle schedule will be provided to guests upon check-in.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Free parking is available at the venue. The parking lot is a gravel lot. Drive-up access to the main door is available if needed.
I have dietary restrictions/food allergies, what's the best way to let you know?

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We do not mind guests taking pictures during the ceremony. However, we ask that you do not interfere with our photographer during the ceremony. We understand wanting to take some pictures of your own but we would prefer you be present in the moment.
When is the RSVP deadline?
The RSVP deadline is October 1st, 2024.
I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in Wooster?
A host of coffee shops, restaurants, wineries and breweries as well as some local attractions can be found in the Things to Do section of the website.
Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence in our daily lives and on the day of means more to us than any material item. We love and appreciate each and every one of you. We truly have everything we could ever need, but we would love to update our kitchen items as they are a hodge podge of things collected separately over the years and combined when we moved in together. Refer to the Registry section of the website.
How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?
If there's any chance that our wedding will be postponed or otherwise altered, guests will receive an email, text, or phone call depending on the situation. Our wedding website will also be updated.
