We have a room block for Thursday, October 31st, and Friday, November 1st. Should you need to extend your stay for Saturday, November 2nd, the room rate of $125.99 will be applied. The room block is under Beercheck/Cotter wedding. Please make your reservations by September 30th, 2024. After this date, our room block will be released, and we can not guarantee availability. This hotel is approximately 7 miles from the venue. We have secured a 13-person bus for transportation to and from the venue. Transportation will be provided approximately 1 hour before the ceremony and will be available through the end of the reception. A detailed shuttle schedule will be provided to guests upon check-in and will be posted to this site once finalized.
