Welcome to Nashville! If you're coming in early, Matt and Sarah Beth would love to introduce you to the town on Thursday night and would love to share a welcome cocktail with you! They will be downtown at L27 Rooftop Lounge located on the top floor of The Westin Nashville. There will also be a Post-Toast on Friday night at 9pm taking place at the Country Music Hall of Fame that all are welcome to attend.

Nashville has no shortage of hotels downtown that are close together and in walking distance of the shuttle pickup at the Embassy Suites! Unfortunately, all of our room blocks are full at this time, but there should be plenty of options in the surrounding area.

Yes! We would like to offer you a ride so that you can enjoy the evening safely with us. If you choose to get on the shuttle, it will be first come, first served. The first shuttle will depart from the front entrance of the 1 Hotel/Embassy Suites at 3:15pm and the second shuttle will depart from the same location at 3:45pm. Since the shuttles will not be able to accommodate everyone, we recommend rideshare as an alternative option. We will also have the two shuttles on site after the reception ends that will return guests to the same front entrance of the 1 Hotel/Embassy Suites.
