The wedding will be held just outside downtown Saugatuck at Charlie's Uncle Grant & Alan's beautiful house - 2948 65th Street, Fennville, MI.

How To Get There

Saugatuck is located on the southeast coast of Lake Michigan. It is a 2.5 hour drive from Chicago, a 3 hour drive from Detroit, or a 45 minute drive from Grand Rapids.

If you live in Chicago, the easiest way to get there is to drive. Let us know if you want to carpool with other Chicagoans– we'd love to connect you!

If you live in Ohio, you'll probably want to drive or carpool. Saugatuck is a 4.5 hour drive from Cleveland, and a 5 hour drive from both Columbus and Cincinnati.

If you live in Minnesota, you have 3 options:

-Drive through Chicago (8 hour drive).

-Drive to Milwaukee and take the ferry to Muskegon, which is 1 hour north of Saugatuck (the ferry is pretty expensive, but you get to avoid Chicago traffic).

-Fly into Chicago, Detroit, or Grand Rapids and rent a car.

If you live outside the midwest, you'll probably want to fly to Chicago or Grand Rapids and rent a car or carpool. Grand Rapids is much closer, but you'll have to pay more than you would to fly to Chicago. Detroit is a little further and probably the same price as a flight to Chicago.

Where to Stay

Sauagatuck is a little vacation town with dozens of places to stay. However, Labor Day weekend is guaranteed to be busy, so we recommend you book accommodations as soon as possible!

If an Airbnb or a boutique hotel is more your speed, there are plenty of options to choose from! We'd recommend sticking close to the Saugatuck/Douglas/Fennville area. If you prefer to keep it simple and stay at a hotel, we have blocks of rooms reserved at the two options below:
