Gillianne is the greatest big sister I could have ever asked for. I've known her literally my entire life. In fact, when I was a baby, my first word was actually "Gigi," since I couldn't say "Gillianne."

My favorite story will forever be when Gilli and I attended an Independence Day parade and I was given a popsicle from one of the floats and not her, I screamed to the distributor: "Hey! What about my sister, mister!" He actually returned to give Gillianne a popsicle as well.

She has always been my Sailor Venus, accepting and supportive of everyone and would always do anything she could to make me smile!

Emily and I might not be blood related, but she is for all intents and purposes my sister.

We met in 6th grade when she slipped an Aaron Carter poster in my locker after hearing that I was pretty obsessed with him. We soon after joined the same Destination Imagination group and we have been best friends ever since.

She has always had the feisty, fiery spirit of Sailor Mars, never afraid to speak out. She is my hero.

Andrea (or B.D. as I call her) has been one of Michael's best friends for years, way back in his "Stein's Gardens and Gifts" days.

When BD got transferred from the Brown Deer Road location (hence the nickname) to the store Michael worked, he wouldn't talk to her at first because he thought she was corporate, but soon realized she is pretty cool.

BD and I have bonded over our mutual love for Studio Ghibli films and Sailor Moon. Interestingly, she does exhibit the level-headed characteristic of Sailor Mercury, her favorite.

Syndal is my amazing sister-in-law. When my brother first brought her home, we just loved her, and she has since become a huge part of our family!

She may see tough, but she is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet with a heart of gold, and much like Sailor Jupiter, she sure can cook!

Karen is my little cousin. Growing up, we were really close, visiting each other at least once a year.

No matter how old she gets, she will always be the little girl with the crazy curly hair screaming to go back to the water. Maybe that rebellious, independent spirit that reminds me so much of my younger self that also makes me think of Karen as Sailor Mini-Moon.
