Q: When and where is the wedding?
Our wedding is on Saturday, October 4, 2025, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The exact venue details will be included on your invitation and wedding website.
Q: What time does the ceremony start?
Ceremony details, including the exact start time, will be provided closer to the date—but plan on an afternoon into evening celebration.
Q: Is there a dress code?
Yes! Our wedding is Western-Southwestern Chic. Think elevated desert vibes—flowy dresses, cowboy boots, bolo ties, hats, earth tones, and a touch of flair. We want you to feel stylish but comfortable!
Q: Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be indoors in the St. Francis Auditorium. The reception will have both indoor and outdoor elements, so plan for desert fall weather (warm afternoons, cool evenings).
Q: Should we bring a jacket?
Yes! Even in October, Santa Fe evenings can get chilly. We recommend layers or a stylish jacket.
Q: What kind of food will be served?
We’ll be serving New Mexican cuisine, featuring local favorites like enchiladas, tamales, green chile, and more. There will also be vegetarian options—please let us know any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
Q: Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We’ll be serving beer, white wine only due to no red wine allowed at the museum, signature margarita, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Q: What kind of music can we expect?
We’ll have a live Spanish guitarist during ceremony, DJ for cocktail hour and to keep the party going all night!
Q: Where should we stay?
Santa Fe has a variety of options for every budget—from boutique hotels and charming inns to Airbnbs and affordable motels. Since we know everyone’s plans and lengths of stay will vary, we are not reserving a hotel block, but we encourage you to book early as Santa Fe is a popular destination in the fall!
Q: What’s the nearest airport?
The closest major airport is Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ), about 1 hour from Santa Fe. There’s also a small regional airport in Santa Fe (SAF).
Q: Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?
No, transportation will not be provided, so please plan to drive or carpool. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in Santa Fe but can be limited in certain areas, especially in the evenings. We recommend renting a car if you’re flying in.
Q: Can we bring our kids?
Yes! We’ve decided to welcome children to our wedding. We love your little ones and would be so happy to celebrate with your entire family. We just ask that you keep an eye on your kiddos during the festivities so everyone can enjoy the day!
Q: Are you registered somewhere?
We are not registering for traditional gifts. After years of building our home together, we have everything we need (and plenty that collects dust!). What we truly value most is experiences, travel, and the dream of starting our family.
If you would like to give a gift, we would be so grateful for a contribution toward our honeymoon adventures or to support our long-anticipated journey to motherhood.
You can find our cash registry on our wedding website [https://www.theknot.com/us/sarah-clark-and-shauna-snyder-oct-2025/registry]. Thank you for being part of this exciting chapter in our lives!
Q: Are you accepting cash gifts?
Yes! We are also grateful for contributions to our honeymoon fund and future adventures.
Q: Will there be other events during the weekend?
Yes! We’re planning a Welcome Gathering on Friday night and Sunday Funday by the pool. Details to come!
Q: Can we take photos during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We’d love for you to be fully present with us, and we’ll share all the professional photos afterward!
Q: What if I have other questions?
Feel free to text us or message us anytime. We’re so excited to celebrate with you!
