Sarah and Greg first became friends in kindergarten at Roanoke Catholic School and spent 6 years in the same homeroom class. From middle school onwards, the two attended different schools but were happy to see each other occasionally at church.

Many years and life choices later, Sarah and Greg were surprised to reconnect online. They found out they had been living just a few minutes apart for the last year, but never bumped into each other. After a memorable first three dates including: Sarah's brothers unexpectedly showing up at the same restaurant, one concussion, and one allergic reaction, the two found themselves quickly falling in love.

After a year full of joy, laughter, and adventures together, they were certain they wanted to get married. Greg surprised Sarah with a movie-worthy proposal under the marquee board at the Grandin Theater and these two have never been happier.

Fun fact: Greg and Sarah's first memorable encounter was "The Great Toothpaste Debate" (which is still ongoing 21 years later).
