Cameron Crandell - Best Man
Cameron and Kasey met at the University of Florida. As both members of the Pride of the Sunshine Fightin' Gator Marching Band and Engineers of vaguely related fields they were destined to become great friends. But the flower of their friendship was barely a bud by the time they graduated. It wasn't until Kasey helped Cameron get a job in Tampa (much as a life guard throws a drowning man a life preserver) did they really get to know each other. Tampa turned out to be quite the proving ground for the two young men-about-town and was the rich soil for the friendship to grow.
Knowing few people in Tampa and seeing each other everyday for long hours it was inevitable they grew close. Together they dominated the local trivia scene and left it all out on the field in their adult kickball league games. It was around this time that Sarah and Kasey started dating and the Tampa Trumpet Trio was born. Now fully* functioning* adults* they see each other as often as the can, getting together for gator games or the holidays. Cameron was extremely honored when Kasey asked him to be his Best Man and looks forward to standing next to his best friend on his big day.

Sarah was my first friend when I moved to Florida. I was just starting high school which is a hard time for a kid. However because of her, I was excited to start my first day of school and had the best of times! Sarah became not just a great friend in high school, she became my best friend in life. Sarah is one of the kindest people you will meet and always puts others before herself. She will be an amazing wife and Kasey is lucky to have her on his team! (I do have to say, he’s pretty cool too though). Looking forward to many more memories together! Love you playmate!

I first met The Karl "Kasey" Snyder at the infamous, horribly misrepresented in cinema gathering of musicians known as "band camp." This was at the University of Florida circa 2009, when we still had a functioning football program and sports egos the size of Mt. Rushmore (I'm assuming that's big - I've never been). Kasey was one of the trumpet section leaders and, as an incoming freshman who was only marginally good at playing trumpet and still looked like he could pass for a 10th grader, I figured Kasey would merely be the person who instructed me on how to properly "do" Gator band. Nevertheless, we interacted here and there, I attended several....eh....social gatherings....and I realized "You know what? I could be friends with this dude." Plus, he had an incredibly respectable DVD collection and Star Wars Podracer for the N64 so, if all else failed, there was still material reward.
That was eight years ago (holy cow!) and despite a long run of verbal abuse from Kasey in which he only referred to me as "Freshman," (I'm obviously not psychologically affected by it at all), he has been a great friend and someone who populates a multitude of memories that I have floating around my noggin. Be it the magnificent (and destructive) sporting events, the football / basketball band trips, flag football and the much-revered Play No. 7, Halloween Horror Nights, Epcot, Tampa visits, or the overwhelming appreciation we shared for just simply staying "hydrated," it's been a fun eight years. I couldn't be more excited to be a part of this special day and witness two fantastic people tie the knot!

I've known Sarah (and Kasey!) a little over 11 years now. We all met one very hot summers day in 2006 at our first day of Gator Band camp. After realizing Sarah and I not only lived in the same dorm, but also on the same floor, we started walking to practices together and quickly became best friends! Over the years we've shared a mutual love for great music and all things Harry Potter, and have since gone to countless music festivals and concerts, and spent many days drinking butter beers at Universal! I consider myself insanely lucky to have Sarah in my life. She is the most beautiful, optimistic, loving girl I know, and has definitely made my life brighter by being in it! I'm so happy she has found such a great partner in Kasey, and can't wait to stand by her on their special day!

Kasey and I met in Key West on January 15th, 1988. We were introduced by Karl Snyder (Father of the Groom) when he told me that Kasey was my new little brother. My brother is not so little anymore and over the years has become one of my best friends. I am so proud of Kasey and I have loved watching him grow into the funny, kind, and adventurous man that he is. I am so happy that he asked me to stand by his side on his wedding day as he marries the most perfect addition to our family.

In 2008, I made the best decision of my life probably to join the Gator Marching Band. As many of us did, I had the extreme good fortune of meeting Sarah when I joined the trumpet section. Sarah being Sarah (the most thoughtful, loyal, optimistic, selfless, and caring friend you could ever ask for), she immediately made me feel welcome, we quickly became friends, and the rest is history. Since then, we've experienced joy and love, weathered heartbreak, become distance runners, and have been princesses & pirates. No matter what happens, Sarah is always been there for me with a sweet card in the mail and a phone call. I'm incredibly happy that Sarah has found a lifetime partner for the adventures ahead in Kasey and I cannot wait to stand by her side on her wedding day!

I met Kasey 10 years ago when I started dating his sister Karyn. Over the last decade we have made some awesome memories, shared a love of tracking snobby beer on Untappd, and been there for each other despite our differences when it comes to college allegiances. I am excited for Sarah to join me as a Snyder "in-law" and continue to share in the shenanigans. Congratulations to the bride and groom!

I have known Sarah since the moment I was able to actually comprehend what was going on around me :p She has always been the first one to jump in and give a helping hand to anyone, any task. She's the most giving person I know. Sarah, Kasey, and Lucy doggie are like three peas in a pod. I can't wait for them to tie the knot and spend the rest of their lives filled with love and adventure! They pull the positives out of each other, and encourage one another to venture out and try new things! They share the same sense of humor and never seem to stop smiling. I love them both and can't wait for Kasey to officially join the family! :)

I met my big sister Sarah on July 13th 1990, shortly after 2:14am. As for Kasey, I'm not exactly sure what time we met - but I know he is the peanut butter to her jelly :)

I've known about Kasey since I was ten years old, but I've only known him for the past seven years. Let me explain. Insert boring backstory here…now jump to the good stuff…when my oldest son was born we began our semi-annual trips to Florida to visit with family. In December of 2010, Graham met his Uncle Kasey and I got to spend some time with my brother. That trip opened a wide door that gave me the chance to get to know the Groom-To-Be, and I discovered some awesome things! First, Kasey inherited our father's great gift of puns, which I did not, but listening to the two masters go back and forth makes me laugh so hard it hurts! Second, Kasey has an adventurer's spirit, and I am so glad that he has met someone who will foster and share in that spirit. Third, Graham, Emmett and now Bryce (insert baby Gator-chomp gif just to tease Karyn here) have the coolest uncle and I look forward to every chance we have to be together! Congratulations Kasey and thank you so much for inviting me to be a part of your special day!
Joe Scannella - Officiant Extraordinaire
Joe Scannella resides in Gainesville, FL and is happily married to his wife, Ashley, with one dog, Liberty. He is a Sales Representative in the educational technology industry. Joe has been friends with both Sarah and Kasey for over a decade. Although Joe met Sarah through non-band friends their freshman year, it was really their sophomore year when Sarah joined band, that they became closer friends. This is the same year we met Kasey (Karl). Besides having to explain how his name was Karl, but he went by Kasey (???), he quickly fit into our friend group and we all had many fun band trips, after game get-togethers, and HLF camping trips. The three of them even got to be co-section leaders in 2008, a selection that of course must have helped the Florida Gators to their third national championship in Football. After leaving Gainesville post-graduation both Kasey and Sarah had separately relocated to Tampa. Cam moved there shortly after, so having three great friends in the area meant that Joe & Ashley became frequent Tampa visitors. Kasey, Sarah and I bonded over the trips down to visit Cigar City Brewing, trivia at Mr. Dunderbaks, a questionable Neon Paint 5k, and losing money at the Hard Rock Casino. Joe is excited to be a part of Kasey and Sarah’s special day, and so happy to see his two friends tie the knot
