Our preference would be to see you break out the formal wear so we can all get fancy in long gowns and tuxes! We know that’s not everyone’s cup of tea, so semi-formal will also be acceptable (cocktail dresses and suits). Our goal is to have a dark and moody feel to the night so think black, navy, metallic tones, turquoise, burgundy, etc.

We love kids so much that we went ahead and had one of our own :). We'd love to give our guests a night off from their parenting duties, but we know sometimes it's easier to bring your little ones. If you're bringing your kids, please make sure to include them in the RSVP headcount so we have a spot and meal for them.

For people staying in the hotel, their shuttle will be making trips back and forth to the venue. The shuttle will pick up at 3:30pm. If you'd like to drive yourself, there is ample parking available in the venue's free parking lot. Please note that ride shares will be difficult to come by in the area, so please plan accordingly.

We plan to have the ceremony outside, weather permitting, so please bring sunscreen! We will be indoors for the reception and have an indoor ceremony option in case of bad weather.

The ceremony starts promptly at 5pm. After the ceremony, we will move to the main building for cocktails before dinner and the reception. We will end the evening with drinks before winding down at 11pm. Come hungry and thirsty!

During cocktail hour, there will be light passed appetizers. For dinner, there will be options to accommodate most diets; if you don't see something you can eat please note that in your RSVP so we can work with the caterer to accommodate. There will be an open bar, so the only cash you need to bring is for optional bar tips.
