For any folks traveling from out of town, please note that we have set up a hotel block with the Springhill Suites in Saginaw. Please feel free to use the "WEBSITE" button on this page to book your room as part of our hotel block. The last day to book is Friday, May 24, 2024.

For convenience we have coordinated a shuttle service through the hotel. This is a ten-person shuttle that will run from 2:15pm to 3:15pm to provide travel to the venue, and again from 8:30pm to 12:00am to provide travel back to the hotel.

Space is limited so please try to get to the shuttle early before the ceremony, or consider carpooling if you will be driving.
