Since filling their first barrel in the Spring of 2016, their goal has been to resurrect the lost art of small batch whiskey production that was prevalent in the hills of middle Tennessee from its earliest founding.

Dortch Stove Works is an historic stove manufacturing plant that was built in 1929 by Allen Manufacturing Company. It has since been renovated into a shopping center with lots of boutiques, restaurants and venues!
