How do I RSVP?

Invitations will be sent out in late 2024 or early 2025. Once you receive your invitation, you will RSVP online on our wedding website. Search for your name. Plus ones are limited due to venue capacity. RSVPs are due by February 1, 2025.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We love all of your 40+ children, but due to venue capacity, we cannot host any children at our wedding. The only exception is for children of those in the wedding party. The invitation will be addressed specifically to those invited. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will still be able to come celebrate with us!

Are the ceremony and reception at different locations?

No. Both the ceremony and reception will occur at The Tinsmith. Everything will be indoors. The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please do not be late. Cocktail hour and reception to immediately follow.

Are there room blocks available?

Yes! We have secured a block of rooms at discounted rates at the two hotels next to the venue in downtown Madison: Moxy Madison and Hotel Indigo. See the Accommodations page for more details and links to the room blocks.

Where can I park?

Parking is ample and convenient around The Tinsmith. The S. Livingston Public Parking Garage (https://www.cityofmadison.com/parking-utility/garages-lots/south-livingston-street-garage) is located 400 feet from the venue on the corner of E. Main and S. Livingston St. and has parking for 650 vehicles. There is a 15 minute passenger drop-off zone located directly in front of The Tinsmith. Any unauthorized vehicles parked in the neighbor, Rainbow Project's, parking lot will be towed. If you stay at the Moxy Madison or Hotel Indigo, you can walk to the venue. Moxy Madison is next door. Hotel Indigo is less than a block away.

Will Buster be there?

Yes!

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans or shorts (yes, unfortunately we have to say that).

What food will be served?

There will be appetizers during cocktail hour and a buffet for dinner. Those who noted special dietary restrictions will have a plated meal specific to those restrictions, which will be collected at the buffet. Dessert will be served. A food truck will be available for late night snacks - be sure to stick around!

What colors are the wedding party wearing?

The bridesmaids will be in shades of green and the groomsmen will be in blue.
