What time should I plan on arriving?

Aim to arrive on the property at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. This gives you ample time to park, use the restroom, locate the ceremony site, and find your seats.

7,300 feet. They suggest guests visiting from lower altitudes drink a lot of water and eat iron-rich foods prior to (and throughout) the event. Be aware that alcohol consumption can also affect you differently at higher altitudes.

What is the weather like at Spruce Mountain Ranch?

Spruce Mountain Ranch guests enjoy mild temperatures and sunshine for approximately 300 days of the year. However, we always suggest guests come prepared for any type of weather while visiting the ranch. In late spring, summer, and early fall, you’ll want to bring sunblock, sunglasses, umbrellas, and perhaps a light sweater or jacket for the evening. During late fall, winter, and early spring, it’s a good idea to dress in layers. Some of our venues even offer coat checks for guests. If you have allergies to grass, hay, dust, pollens, livestock, etc., we suggest bringing medication to prevent a possible allergic reaction.

Which venues are handicap accessible?

All of the indoor venue spaces at our venue are ADA-compliant. And while the outdoor space at Trey’s Vista may be trickier for the mobility-impaired, our ceremony site can still be accessed via wheelchair.

Is there cell or Wi-Fi service at Spruce Mountain Ranch?

Cell service is limited amid the gorgeous Spruce Mountains. However, our venue offers free, reliable Wi-Fi that guests are welcome to use.

Can I leave my vehicle on the property after the conclusion of the event?

No. Vehicles are not permitted for any period of time following an event. Spruce Mountain Ranch is a private gated property. The front gate closes once the day’s events have concluded and does not re-open at regular times. If you leave your vehicle, you may not have access to the property to retrieve it the following morning. Vehicles left on the property after the conclusion of an event will be towed at the owner’s expense.
