Yes! Children of any age are welcome at the wedding ceremony and reception. We will have some fun activities for kiddos who come! Highchairs and booster chairs will be available during the reception. When you RSVP, you'll be asked how many children ages 11 and under you will be bringing.

Yes! When guests RSVP, they'll be able to annotate if they are bringing a plus one or not.

The dress code for the wedding is "dressy casual", so options can include casual dresses, summer dresses, slacks, khakis, linen pants, blouses, and button-down shirts. It's summer in Iowa so please dress comfortably! But please, no jeans or shorts :)

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors, and the cocktail hour will be on the outdoor patio. The outdoor patio is covered so guests will have lots of shade.

Yes! When guests RSVP, they will be able to annotate any dietary restrictions or food allergies for us and the venue to be aware of.

No. Instead we are asking for gift donations towards a few philanthropic organizations very dear to us. Information on how to donate will be provided at the wedding reception.

The venue provides complimentary transportation to and from the Easter Iowa Airport (CID) for guests staying at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center. All wedding events will take place in the same location, so we will not have any additional transportation services provided.

We highly encourage guests staying at the Hotel at Kirkwood Center and flying into CID to call the front desk ahead of time to schedule their shuttle to pick you up when you land in Cedar Rapids. This will help ensure the shuttle is available and on time to pick you up and bring you to the hotel. They will also track your flight and be prepared for any changes in arrival time. If you do not call ahead to schedule their shuttle, you are still able to call them when you land at CID, and they will send the shuttle to pick you up as soon as able.
