The Hotel at Kirkwood Center
We have a block of rooms reserved at our venue for guests to stay in!
Simply call the hotel directly and ask for the McMillan wedding. They will book your stay using our wedding block discount. The rate for each room is $140 per night.
The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle services for our guests flying into CID. We recommend calling them ahead of your arrival to schedule their shuttle to pick you up.
Eastern Iowa Airport (CID)
The Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) is just south of Cedar Rapids and is the closest airport to the venue. The venue will provide complimentary transportation to and from this airport for guests staying at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center (we recommend calling them ahead of time to schedule their shuttle to pick you up when you land). We recommend using this airport to travel to our wedding.
Quad Cities International Airport
The Quad Cities airport (MLI) is about an hour and a half drive from the venue. It’s a fairly easy airport to navigate and the majority of the drive from this airport is west on I-80. This is a good alternate airport if you’re unable to fly into CID in Cedar Rapids.
Air BnB
Cedar Rapids has some great Air BnB options! If you choose an Air BnB for your stay, we recommend the southern area of Cedar Rapids as those will be closest to the venue.
