Grace has been Sarah's friend since elementary school. Her kindness and appreciation for all things quirky makes Grace one of Sarah's favorite people. They have shared countless girls' nights, lake cabin trips, and way too many school shenanigans. Beyond being an incredible human and friend, Grace is also a globetrotter! (see picture for proof). Sarah loves living vicariously through Grace's travel stories, but above all cherishes their shared adventures right at home.

Sarah loved her college experience at St. Scholastica, like an absurd amount. But by far the best part of college life was meeting Emily. Emily and Sarah quickly bonded as they girl-bossed their way through biology classes, research, and cadaver lab, making an absurd amount of mnemonics along the way. Emily is completing PA school and will be an incredible provider. Fun fact is that Emily is a wonderful swing dancer.

Sarah is SO excited to marry John and gain his two amazing sisters. Madeline is a gifted artist, designer, and athlete who lives in Washington state with her husband Evan and dog Pippin. Sarah is so excited to gain such a kind and genuine sister, and hopes for many more adventures to come.

Claire is a kind and beautiful human with a strong faith that Sarah can only strive for. She is also an incredible teacher and has two young boys who are some of the cutest kiddos Sarah has ever seen. Sarah is trying her best to convince Claire and her husband Eddie that despite the harsh winters they should be their neighbors in Minnesota!

Mollie and Hannah are Sarah's "big sister-cousins". As an only child Sarah cherished time with her "big sisters", soaking up every moment of sleepovers and days at the lake. They learned the "High School Musical" dance and fangirled over "Harry Potter", "Gilmore Girls", and "Twilight". Little Sarah thought having girl time with Mollie and Hannah was the coolest thing ever, and current Sarah couldn't agree more. Their tastes have evolved (major ACOTAR fans) and they upgraded from hanging out in their parent's basement to wineries and coffee shops. Mollie and Hannah each have two beautiful children, whose company Sarah always seeks. Sarah loves and continues to look up to her sister-cousins, and is so excited to begin this exciting chapter of life with them by her side.

It is because Chloe approved of Sarah that this wedding is occurring. Chloe is the best "man" of this wedding because she is a law school friend and roommate of John's. Chloe has had a monumental impact on John's life, risking friendships to make sure that John is okay. Despite the tremendous turmoil within her own life, she is a solid presence, a stable arc of which her friends rely so heavily. Chloe is the person you should talk to if you want to hear some of the most ridiculous true life stories you have ever heard.

Eddie is the brother in law of John (Claire's husband). Growing up in a mega sized family Eddie has prepared well for a life with Claire as she is feisty enough to be 12 people all at once. Eddie provides a grounding presence and acts as a stable guide for all things family, faith, and beers.

Evan is the brother in law of John (Madeline's husband). Despite his intense brilliance, he is still a truly good man at heart. John would like to go on record saying that even in his brilliance the current chess statistics are John (1) - Evan (0). Please do not ask how many times Evan has beat him at every other game ever played.

Mike is a steadfast part of John's life as of 2019. Mike and John lived in a Ugandan monastery for a year where they prayed, ate, and worked together every day. Mike even fed John and keep his physical and mental health in check when John was battling worms, a random blood disease, typhoid, and malaria.

Noah is an excellent friend that John met at Saint John's. If you ever want to know about physics, he is your guy. Noah is the only person John has ever met that learned the Russian language just out of spite of his Spanish teacher. Noah is currently finalizing his Ph.D. in Physics Engineering at UW Madison.

Ryan was the first person John met at Saint John's University, spending a week in the BWCA before college began. Over the years John and Ryan lived together in Undergrad, and on into law school. If common law marriage hadn't been abrogated in Minnesota, John likely would have had to get the court involved to make sure that Ryan is not entitled to be his Husband.
