ABSOLUTELY NO guests are to arrive at the venue prior to 5:30pm. Please arrive promptly before 6pm. The ceremony will start at 6pm sharp. Cocktail hour to begin at 6:30pm. Reception starts at 7:30pm and goes until 11pm.

This time gap will be cocktail hour, all on the Vecoma property so there is no need to leave

Reception ends at 11pm.

Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, so we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Whilst we love little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding

Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates.

The ceremony is planned for outdoors starting at 6pm, cocktail hour will be on the covered porch and lawn, reception will be inside but also can walk outside to the porch and lawn during the reception

Vecoma has ramps up to the front of the building and onto the back patio. The bathrooms each have one dedicated ADA compliant stall. They do not have a paved ramp down to the outdoor ceremony space but guests can safely view the ceremony from the back patio if necessary

Since the paved pathway down to the ceremony site includes several stairs, they allow guests that utilize a wheelchair or have walking difficulties to be escorted down the opposite side through the grass (must have 2 escorts). If they prefer, they can also view the ceremony from up on the back patio which is a fabulous view!

Georgia law prohibits any outside alcohol being brought onto the Vecoma premises, including the parking lot. Vecoma has very reasonable prices. Please see that all guests obey this law as we are responsible for our guests’ actions. Failure to abide by these rules will results in the loss of our security deposit. OPEN BAR WILL BE PROVIDED SO PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN

Smoking is allowed outside on both the front and back patios. Vecoma will provide ash trays. Vaping is not permitted inside the building. Illegal smoke products are prohibited on the property.

Vecoma has plenty of parking for guests on property, the neighboring towns where the hotels are is about a 10-15 minute drive. Uber/Lyft is also available

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres and a a food station at cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner with a choice of a selection of meat, vegetables and salads will be served as well as various desserts

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Absolutely! Please do and we will have a QR code or link for everyone to upload their personal photos too.

Yes! We are planning a party at our home in May or June for those who did not get to attend or anyone who may want to come again! Will update with details at a later date
