Gaelic Park has a large parking lot. We will have transportation for those staying at the hotel. Ubers and Lyfts are always an option if you do not wish to drive.

We have a block of rooms available for guests starting on Friday, June 21, 2024 through Sunday, June 23, 2024. The hotel is the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Chicago-Alsip, 5000 West 127th Street, Alsip, Illinois, 60803. The Block Code is MKB. Please book your hotel by 05/24/24. We also have a room block at Baymont Inn by Wyndham. The room rates are available for both Friday and Saturday. You must call (708)597-3900 and tell them you are with the Murphy Knight Wedding block. All guests are responsible for making their reservations by the cut-off date 05/14/24. Both places do still have rooms but they just no longer fall under the hotel block.

Please check under our "Travel" Section of our website for a schedule that is formatted better. There will be one bus going to both hotels and Gaelic Park. First Trip: 5:30 pm pick up at Double Tree, 5:45 pm pick up at Baymont. Second Trip: 6:10 pm pick up at Double Tree, 6:20 pick up at Baymont When departing from Gaelic the bus will stop at both hotels. Departure times: 11:30 pm and 12:10 am. The next two departure times are dependent on when we can stay in the Beer Garden or the Pub until, these times are tentative but the bride and groom will be getting on the last bus of the night so keep an eye out for them! Departure Times: 1:10 am, 1:30 am, 2:00 am

We did a lot of research in finding photographers that we love. We are requesting an unplugged ceremony and that your cameras/phones stay away while we are taking pictures at the church. We will have the photos available to everyone as soon as we get them back. Once we get to the reception you can take as many pictures as you want!

The reception is indoors.

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire.

Your invitation will state if you have a plus one. Although Gaelic Park is a large venue we want everyone to have enough room on the dance floor!

We will be continuing the party for those who would like to join a cash bar at the Carraig Irish Pub, which is connected to our venue. Due to it being summer there is a chance that the indoor pub might be closed but the beer garden is open. The beer garden is open until around 1:00 am. If we are indoors then that is open until 2:00 am. There will be an up to date bus schedule at Gaelic as well as the hotels.

If you are staying at the hotel there is a restaurant located in the lobby. If you would like to get to Gaelic Park early, the Carraig or Beer Garden (weather dependent) will be open at 3 pm.
