Yes, a shuttle will be available for all who wish to utilize it. The shuttle will leave from the Hyatt (see Travel tab for more info) and return to the hotel after the reception.

There will be two shuttles (yes there will be room for everyone) and both of them will be leaving at 2pm from the hotel lobby. If you can not make the shuttle please organize rides or driving beforehand to avoid being late. Once the wedding has started no entry will be allowed until after ceremony.

If you are driving, we recommend to arrive 45-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure parking. Otherwise we recommend to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm PST. No one will be allowed to enter the ceremony after it has begun.

There is a brick parking structure near the venue located at 800 Silverado St. There is also street parking available but in La Jolla sometimes that tends to be tight. There are also loads of ride share options available.

The weather in La Jolla is usually sunny and warm while the sun is up. We do not expect it to be cold weather but it is better to be prepared so we recommend to bring a jacket for when the sun sets.

We will be doing a buffet service with options for all dietary restrictions.

Unless stated on your invitation, we respectfully ask that you do not bring any extra guest to our wedding.

In the event you are unable to operate your vehicle, the parking lot as well as the street allows overnight parking. There are also many ride share options available as well as a shuttle back to the hotel. Please do not drink and drive.

We understand the trip to visit California is expensive. No matter how long you are able to visit we are grateful. If you are apart of the wedding party we ask that you arrive no later than Friday,November 15th, 2024, for the rehearsal. If you are not apart of the wedding your trip can be as long or as short as you can make it.
