What time should I arrive at the event?

We ask that all guests arrive by at least 4:45 pm to ensure all guests have time to mingle and get seated before the ceremony begins at 5 pm. Please note that the Annapolis Power Boat Show is in town during our wedding weekend and may cause some delays with transportation. If you do not plan on taking one of the hosted shuttles from the hotels, please plan ahead for possible delays.

Is there a shuttle from the hotel?

A shuttle will pick up guests from the hotel at 4pm on Saturday to transport you to the venue!

Can I bring a guest?

If your guest name is listed on your invite or you have a plus one option listed when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we plan on keeping the wedding as intimate as possible with our closest family and friends.

Are children invited?

We love your children, but we've decided to have an adults-only wedding. We're excited to celebrate with you and hope you enjoy a parents' night out!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

We are hopeful for beautiful weather, but please know that if conditions do not permit an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour, we will move them indoors to ensure everyone's comfort and safety.

Is there a dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We encourage our guests to dress up for our special day in cocktail or semi-formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy, sandy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels!

Where should I stay?

We're so grateful you're making the trip to celebrate with us! For more information on booking your reservation through our hotel room block, please visit our website's "Travel" section. Airbnb and VRBO rentals are also available if you are traveling and would like a little more space! The weekend of October 5th is the Annapolis Power Boat Show, so if you plan on booking a short-term rental, we encourage you to book soon!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, there is parking at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation! We will also have shuttles to and from the Westin and Crowne Plaza for your convenience. The Annapolis area has Lyft and Uber available if you do not plan on taking the shuttles but still want to enjoy a few drinks!

Where can I find your registry?

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, if you'd like to contribute a gift, you can do so via the Registry tab on our website. If you'd like to contribute a cash gift, you can do so in the "Honeymoon Fund" section of the registry, or a card can be placed in the wedding card box at the reception.
