We would highly recommend looking on local cabin rental websites, Airbnb, and Vrbo for cabins in the mountains.
The ridge the wedding is on has several large cabins available for rent, which would be an option for large families or groups of friends.
There are also a lot of hotels in the area. Here are our suggestions.

This is a boutique hotel managed by Marriott that has a funky design nodding to the 60's and its bright colors.

Clarion Inn Near Island Drive
The Clarion Hotel was a pleasant stay and one of the closest hotels to the venue (may save 3-5 minutes of drive time). The staff are friendly, the breakfast waffles hit the spot, and the rooms are spacious. There are several pools and hot tubs to choose from, indoor and outdoor, with varying temperatures. -Jeremy and Sarah
