When should I RSVP by?
We ask that you RSVP by May 1st in the "RSVP" tab on our website.
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late and you will be marked "declined." We need to send the official guest count to our vendors by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
While we adore your children, our venue does not have the room for all the little ones. Please make it a date night. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I bring a guest?
Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/formal and it is an outdoor venue. While tuxes and gowns are not necessary, we encourage everyone to dress on the formal side. For men, this will likely be a suit. For women, midi or maxi dresses are encouraged. Think formal garden party and dress it up with fun colors, textures, and patterns. We can't wait to see everyone all dressed up!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Guests should arrive to the ceremony at 3:00pm for a quick drink before it begins at 3:30pm. Please be sure to arrive on time! Guests arriving after the ceremony begins will be stopped by the hosts of the venue, and will not be able to join until after the ceremony is over to avoid distractions.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
The weather should be warm during the day but will cool off at night. Plan to bring a light layer for the evening.
Will there be a hosted bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. Please consider bringing cash tips for our amazing bartenders!
Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence at our wedding is a gift enough! If you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, we've set up a honeymoon fund in the "Registry" tab on our website for our first adventure as a married couple.
Where should we stay?
We recommend everyone stay in the Boise or Meridian area which will be central to the Prince/Clark families, and the venue in Middleton. We have hotel room blocks at the Riverside Hotel in Boise which is closer to the Prince residence, and the Hyatt Place in Meridian which is closer to the Clark residence. You are also more than welcome to book an accommodation through AirBnb or VRBO. Click the link under the "Travel" tab to access more information on the group rates and hotels.
We are coming in from out of town- What airport should we fly into?
Guests coming from out of town should fly into the Boise airport (BOI). The airport is roughly a 15 minute drive to both the Riverside Hotel and the Hyatt Place where we have hotel blocks. The Riverside Hotel offers shuttle services from the airport to the hotel, however, The Hyatt Place does not. You will need to take a taxi or Uber to The Hyatt Place if you are not getting a rental car.
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
The address of the venue is:
25300 Ember Rd
Middleton, ID 83644.
Please plan to drive or get a ride to the venue. If you decide to use Uber/Lyft or Taxi services, please plan to schedule your ride home from the venue ahead of time. This will avoid any issues with booking later in the night and not being able to get a car. There will be parking available on sight and cars can be left overnight should you choose to get a ride home. Just make sure they are picked up the next day!
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
For guests driving themselves, there will be parking available on the left hand side of the venue. If you plan on drinking, cars can be left on the property overnight and picked up the next day. Please be responsible and either take the shuttle back to the hotels, get a ride home with a sober guest, or Uber.
