Cocktail

The wedding starts at 5:30. Please plan to arrive between 5:00 and 5:25. Traffic can be heavy especially on I-680 North and I-580 East in the afternoon. Our reception will immediately follow the ceremony and go until 11:00.

The ceremony & reception are at the Palm Event Center in the Vineyard. We plan to have the ceremony & cocktail hour outside (weather permitting) and the reception will be inside.

We will a shuttle running from the Courtyard by Marriott Livermore to our venue for guests staying at the hotel. Upon check in to the hotel, please inquire about the shuttle and put your name on the list. You must be staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Livermore and have your name down to use the shuttle. - Shuttles depart hotel: 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm - Shuttles depart venue: 10:45 pm and 11:00 pm

We ask that our guests be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a negative test within 2 days of our wedding. We will monitor Alameda county requirements and post updates as necessary. Thank you for keeping all of our guests safe.
