This photo above was taken at Nemacolin resort, where Sarah and Jack met and their relationship blossomed from an awkward first conversation to an engagement. Nemacolin is located about 60 miles southeast of Pittsburgh and 15 miles northeast from Sarah's hometown.

Sarah was a beverage cart girl and Jack was a starter, both working on the golf course in the summers of 2020 and 2021. However, their love began to blossom while they worked at Nemacolin's ski lodge in the winter of 2020-2021. They would frequently meet after work at a local Dairy Queen, both pretending to want ice cream but secretly just wanting to spend more time together before it having to go home. Jack will say that he just wanted to just be friends with Sarah, and that was at first the truth, but then very quickly a charade. They officially began dating on April 8, 2021. What a quick 3 1/2 years it has been! Their relationship was one of immediate deepness and connection. They especially connected over their shared faith in the one true Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It did not take long for them to say "I love you," and mean it with their whole hearts. The past three years have taken them through schooling at West Virginia University, two summer stints in Sarasota, Florida for internships, and a permanent move to Sarasota this past May. Although this year has tested their stress levels, they have loved every second of the life-changing moments we have experienced together.
