Second Street is "main street" in Lewes, and there are a variety of cafes, restaurants, and local boutiques to peruse. Second Street is also one block away from Canalfront Park, which includes a nice walking path along the Lewes Canal.

Rehoboth Beach (a 15-minute drive from Lewes) is home to a traditional beachside boardwalk. There is delicious food, games, rides, and shops of every kind. This is great place for an early morning walk on the beach with a cup of coffee or an evening stroll with an ice cream cone.
