We ask that our guests have their RSVP's in by December 11th to allow us more time to get a head count to vendors. If you do not RSVP by the 18th we will assume you plan on not attending. So we ask that all guests complete their RSVP by this date.

We have a block of rooms held at Embassy Suites Akron Canton, book your room by December 27th, 2024 to book under our discounted rate!

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and to find your seat.

If you are driving to the venue, there is plenty of parking space and cars can stay at the wedding location until noon the next day. If you are staying at the hotel we have blocked rooms at, there is a shuttle to get you back and forth, check the travel tab for the shuttle schedule.

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party on our wedding day. Invitations will be specific and include names of who are invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

We ask that you please keep your phones put away during the ceremony. Guests are free to take photos at the reception.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a dinner buffet style.

The attire is cocktail/ semi-formal. Please no jeans and avoid shades of white.

Yes! both will take place inside, we will have a unique set up for the ceremony that we feel everyone will enjoy!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will be specified under your name when you RSVP. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to party!!! Please make sure you have a way to get home safely. There will be non alcoholic beverage options for our guests as well!
