Due to limited space, we are unfortunately only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

You are welcome to bring children listed on the invitations but not required. It's just as well if you would like to opt for a "night out" for yourself.

The hotel rooms include the basic hotel travel products. If you would like a microwave or mini fridge you will have to request one through the hotel prior to arriving for the weekend. A continental breakfast will be provided Saturday morning and a post wedding brunch will be available Sunday morning starting at 9:00.

Please mail your rsvp card in order for it to arrive by March 30, 2025.

Please make accommodations to arrive at the Hall of Philosophy no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. Allow time for parking and navigating Chautauqua.

Parking for the ceremony will be in the south lot. If you are coming from off the grounds you are able to type in south lot, Mayville, NY 14757 into your gps to take you directly to the lot. You may also drive to the Athenaeum Hotel and there is a valet option for parking. A shuttle will be running from the hotel to the ceremony location starting at 1:30. The shuttle will be making a stop at the south lot as well.

We ask that all phones be silenced or turned off during the ceremony. Please do not be that one person 😅. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to use your phones and take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans, shorts, or flip flops and avoid shades of white. The ceremony is outdoors with a covered roof.

Yes! You are welcome to make a "mini-vacation" of your own design by staying extra days before or after the ceremony. Niagara Falls is only 2 hours away, and there is no shortage of things to do.
