Check-in is at 3 PM, and the hotel can NOT guarantee early check-ins.

Rooms can be booked with the group block rate for either 1 or 2 nights. Please note that if you are checking in on the day of the wedding, you likely will not have time to get ready at the hotel. Do whatever works best for you. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The free shuttle will be picking guests up from the hotel at 3:30 PM to take them to the ceremony. From the ceremony, the shuttle will go directly to the reception hall for cocktail hour and dinner. The shuttle will then be dropping guests off at the hotel at the end of the night. If you are not staying at the hotel, you will have to plan a safe ride from the hotel after the shuttle drops you off there.
