Can I bring a date?
The wedding has a strict guest list in order to stay on budget. Therefore, the wedding is strictly RSVP only. When guests complete the RSVP form either online or on their written wedding invitations, the invite or RSVP should specifically state if a guest is able to bring a plus one. The bridal party can only accommodate those listed on guest invitations, so please fill out accordingly. If you have any questions or if it is not clear if you are able to bring a plus one, please contact a member of the bridal party to clarify.
When filling out my RSVP online form, it says I can bring a guest but my guest's name is not listed, where do I provide that information?
When all guests are filling out their online RSVP forms, the website will provide a written text box where guests can mention all their plus ones. Some larger families and all of their children on our guest list are not listed in the RSVP forms. Guests are encouraged to list their guest(s) or family member's full names in the provided text box if not already listed. This will allow Hunter and Sarah to plan accordingly and hopefully get to know your specific guest(s) better!
Are kids welcome?
Yes! Kids are welcome but guests need to be aware the venue is right on Canyon Lake. The bride and groom signed a contract stating that all children under the age of 17 at the venue will be accompanied by an adult due to the approximity of the lake. If guests would like to drink heavily at the wedding or believe there might be a chance they cannot watch or be with their children at all times, guests are recommended to not bring their children to the wedding. The bridal party appreciates all guests making accommodations ahead of time.

Guests who can't make it to the event are encouraged to RSVP. This will allow the wedding party and families to plan accordingly.
