Let's celebrate our bachelorette Miss Sarah Travis and make her dreams come true by "Drinking Around the World" at Epcot's World Showcase. Ladies, if you are planning on arriving early for the wedding festivities, please join us for a boozy trip around the world! We will be making a stop at eleven countries, from Canada to Mexico, and ending the night with EPCOT's nighttime fireworks, "Illuminations: Reflections of Earth"!

PLEASE MAKE NOTE AS THE MEETING LOCATION HAS CHANGED.

We will be gathering outside the entrance of EPCOT, BEFORE entering the Park and BEFORE going through security, near the monorail drop-off, at 5:30pm (see map).

If you get lost, the back-up meeting location will be the front entrance of EPCOT near the left side of the first fountain, when facing Spaceship Earth ("the big golf ball" )(see map).

Disney World Bus Transportation to EPCOT is available from ALL Disney World Resort locations. For our guests staying at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Disney's Contemporary Resort, it is possible to take the monorail to the Ticket and Transportation Center (3rd stop from the Floridian and 1st stop from the Contemporary), and transfer over to the monorail to EPCOT.

Please note that Epcot Park admission is required for this event. Discounted tickets for admission either after 1pm or 5pm is available. For those guests that are in our wedding, the Wedding Rehearsal will commence Friday, August 9th promptly at 4:45pm with dinner to immediately follow. The Rehearsal will take place at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn Convention Center in the Marvin Gardens Room. To get to this location, follow the same directions as provided for the Welcome Drinks & Desserts Reception (the Boardwalk is located directly to the right of the Swan Resort, if you have your back to Crescent Lake).

If you chose to utilize Disney Transportation from your resort location: take a bus to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios, and transfer over to a Boardwalk Inn Resort Bus (we recommend leaving at 4:00pm to arrive on time). If you plan on spending Friday in the Parks, the Boardwalk is a short walk from EPCOT’s International Gateway (about 10 minutes). Friendship Boat transportation can be used from EPCOT’s International Gateway (1^st Stop) or from the entrance of Disney’s Hollywood Studios (3^rd Stop). Paid transportation directly to the Boardwalk is available via Disney Minnie Vans on the Lyft App or via Lyft directly. Mears Taxis are available at (407) 422-2222. For guests driving to the Rehearsal, free parking is available; please let security know you are attending the Travis/Leo Wedding Rehearsal.

We want to thank you for traveling far and wide to join us at the "Most Magical Place on Earth" to celebrate our wedding. Join the future newlyweds for drinks and desserts at Il Mulino, a city-chic style, Italian trattoria located at Walt Disney World's Swan Hotel (EPCOT Resorts Area), between 8:00pm-9:30pm. Please join us to pick up your welcome bags and to cheers the future Mr. and Mrs.!

To reach the Swan from your resort location via Disney Transportation: take a bus to EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios, and transfer over to a Swan and Dolphin Resort Bus (we recommend leaving 45 minutes prior to your intended arrival). If you are planning on spending Friday exploring the Parks, we suggest ending your day in EPCOT, as the Swan and Dolphin Resort is a short walk from EPCOT's International Gateway. Alternatively, Friendship Boat transportation to the Swan and Dolphin is available from EPCOT's International Gateway (3rd stop from EPCOT) and from the entrance of Disney's Hollywood Studios (1st stop from Hollywood Studios).

For those guest who are driving, please park in the short term lot and be sure to have your parking ticket validated!

If you are park-hopping and feeling hungry before cocktails, there are numerous and diverse options for dinner at EPCOT's World Showcase, ranging from quick service meals to upscale options (reservations are recommended for table service meals). For our guests not going into the Parks on Friday, we recommend dinner at the Yachtsman Steakhouse, located at Disney's Yacht Club Resort, the Flying Fish, or Trattoria al Forno, both located at Disney's BoardWalk Inn (again reservations are suggested). For more low-key options, visit the BoardWalk Bakery or grab a slice at the BoardWalk's Pizza Window. Just make sure that you leave room for dessert!

Please be at Disney's Wedding Pavilion by 2:00 pm to allow yourself time to find the location and get settled. The ceremony will begin at 2:30 pm promptly.

For guests staying in our room block at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter (Guests at the Disney's Grand Floridian Resort can take the walking path from their resort to the ceremony):

For guests staying off property:

Please let the guards know you are there for the Travis/Leo Wedding and be prepared to show identification. There is complimentary parking at both the Wedding Pavilion and Ballroom for the Reception. After the ceremony, you can move your car to the Grand Floridian's Convention Center self-park parking lot. Follow signs to the Convention Center once you get through the Grand Floridian Resort main gate or you may choose to valet your car at the resort.

Unhosted Event

Join the newlyweds to wrap up their best day ever by traveling around the Seven Sea’s Lagoon and grabbing a cocktail (or two) at the monorail resorts! The traditional “Monorail Bar Crawl” involves riding Disney’s highway in the sky between resorts. However, although the monorail is impressive, it can be unreliable.

Bus transportation will be provided between the three resorts. Make sure you promptly arrive for pick-up times, or risk turning into a pumpkin (missing the bus)!

First Stop: Immediately following the Dessert Party at the Grand Floridian Marina, guests are welcome to join us at the “first stop” on the bar crawl at Mizner’s Lounge, located at the back of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort Main Lobby on the First Floor.

First Bus Pickup: 10:45pm at Grand Floridian Main Lobby Entrance

Second Stop: Arrive at the next monorail resort, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and go to the back entrance of the lobby to Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto & Tiki Terrace, located on the First Floor.

Second Bus Pickup: 12:00am at Polynesian Main Lobby Entrance

Last Stop: The final stop will be Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Meet up at The Wave Lounge located near check-in on the First Floor of the resort.

Third Bus Pickup: 1:00am at Contemporary Main Lobby Entrance

Shuttle will make final drop-offs at Grand Floridian Resort, Shades of Green, and Port Orleans Resort-French Quarter.

Close out our magical celebration by taking flight at Maria & Enzo's, Disney Springs "renovated airline terminal," for a hosted Sunday breakfast, before heading to your "real terminal" at Orlando International. An Italian-inspired, family breakfast including hot dishes, pastries and muffins, fruit, and a dessert selection will be available. Please be sure to RSVP and ask for the Leo Wedding Reservation in order to be seated in our section.

For purchase bottomless mimosas will be available for $12.00.

Disney Transportation is available from ALL Walt Disney World Resorts directly to Disney Springs. The bus stop for Disney Springs will drop you off in front of the Coca-Cola Store. Walk past that store, followed by Planet Hollywood on your right-hand-side, and go over the first bridge. Maria & Enzo's will be the first building on your left (see map).

For guests staying at Disney's Port Orleans-French Quarter, there is convenient boat transportation available directly to Disney Springs! The "Sassagoula River Cruise" will take you from the Port Orleans-French Quarter Dock to the Disney Springs' Marketplace Dock. You can either transfer boats to the Disney Springs internal water taxi and continue by waterway to the Landing Dock (2nd stop) or walk from the Marketplace Dock directly. If you take the internal water taxi to the Landing, turn right off the dock upon arrival, and Maria & Enzo's will be the second building on your right. If walking from the Market Place Dock, bear right and cross the bridge between the Rainforest Café and Goofy's Candy Co. Continue on so that the Paddlefish Boat is on your right and enter the landing with Terralina Crafted Italian on your right. Maria & Enzo's will be the last building (past the Landing Dock on your right) before the next bridge (see map).

For those guests planning on driving, the closest parking area is the Orange Garage. Parking is free at Disney Springs. You will enter the complex with the AMC Theater on your right. Continue with this building on your right and cross the bridge near Planet Hollywood, and Maria & Enzo's will be the first building on your left. Finally, guests using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, you will be dropped off at the far end of Disney Spring's West Side. Walk into Disney Springs with the House of Blues on your left side and continue to the bridge near Planet Hollywood. Maria & Enzo's will be the first building on your left (see map).
