Our ceremony will take place on the Grand Lawn, outdoors. Following the ceremony, our cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the gravel area surrounded by towering trees and lush greenery. Our dinner and reception will take place in the climate-controlled ballroom.

While we cannot predict the weather (especially in Austin!), we are expecting it to be warm when outdoors (high 80s). Our reception will be in a climate-controlled room.

Yes! There will be a shuttle that will load at the recommended hotel, Austin Marriott Downtown. Buses will leave the Marriott (304 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78701) at 4:00 pm. At the end of the night, the shuttle will depart from the venue and return back to the Austin Marriott Downtown. If you are driving yourself, there is free parking at the venue.

As much as we love your kids, if they were not included on the invite, please do not bring them.
